I really want to start a theatre company here. Definitely not this year. Maybe not even next. But as much as I love Red Orchid (AND I REALLY DO!), working there has really served to put me in a state where I just want to do it myself. I want to get that core of people together to share a vision, and work together in innovative, passionate, enjoyable, and intelligent ways to make something special and nurture it to growth.
Working on refining old mission statements and titles. That's the hardest part: putting words and an image to the beautiful swirling crap in my head.
Let's see what happens.
